These Terms govern your use of Fulfilled. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Fulfilled.
1. What Fulfilled is
Fulfilled is a subscription mobile app that uses AI to coach you through an 8-week manifestation curriculum based on Neville Goddard's Law of Assumption framework. It generates personalized content, tracks your progress, and connects you with anonymous groups of other users.
Fulfilled is a personal-development tool, not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Nothing inside Fulfilled — whether written by us or generated by AI — should be relied on as professional advice. If you're going through something serious, talk to a qualified professional.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. You must be at least 13 years old to use Fulfilled. You agree the information you give us is accurate.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Fulfilled is a subscription service.
Free trial. New users get a 1-day free trial of full access. Cancel inside iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Pricing and renewal. $3.99 per week, billed via Apple. The subscription automatically renews at the end of each weekly period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Refunds. Apple handles billing for in-app subscriptions. To request a refund, use Apple's standard process at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not issue refunds outside of Apple's standard policy.
Price changes. We may change prices. If you're already subscribed, we'll notify you and let you cancel before the change takes effect.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Fulfilled for anything illegal
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the app
- Use the AI coach to generate content that violates Anthropic's usage policy (hate, harassment, illegal content, etc.)
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Fulfilled or its content
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
5. Your content
The content you create inside Fulfilled (your goal, wins, etc.) is yours. By using the app you give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it ONLY to provide and improve the Service. We do not own it. You can delete it any time by deleting your account.
6. Our content
The Fulfilled app, including its design, brand, prompts, generated content, and all software, is owned by us or our licensors. AI- generated content delivered to you (your morning script, etc.) is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use inside the Service.
7. Disclaimers
Fulfilled is provided "as is." We don't guarantee specific outcomes — that includes manifestations, belief shifts, or any result you might expect from a manifestation practice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Fulfilled is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You can stop using Fulfilled at any time by deleting your account. We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR STATE / COUNTRY], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [YOUR COUNTY/CITY].
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of material changes inside the app and update the "Last updated" date.
